At Omar Noaman Studios, quality cannot be rushed. Because every project is bespoke, our timelines are estimated based on the complexity of your specific requirements.
1. Typical Turnaround Times
While every project is unique, here are our standard estimation brackets:
Audio Dramas & Podcasts:
Simple edits may take 48-72 hours. Full-scale audio dramas with sound design typically require 1-2 weeks per episode.
A landing page may take 5-7 business days. Full e-commerce or corporate sites generally require 3-6 weeks from design to deployment.
2. The Revision Process
To ensure efficiency and maintain project momentum, we do not support "unlimited, aimless revisions". Instead, we offer a structured feedback process:
Standard Allowance:
Each project phase includes two rounds of comprehensive revisions.
We ask that all feedback be consolidated into a single document or meeting to ensure nothing is missed.
Any structural changes requested after approval or beyond the standard rounds will be billed at our hourly rate.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
We commit significant resources to your project from the moment a deposit is placed.
The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your slot in our production schedule.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, a "kill fee" equivalent to the work completed will be calculated.
We believe clear boundaries create better creative partnerships.
