1. The Consultation Phase
Before any invoice is raised, we begin with a discovery session. Whether you are looking for Bespoke Web Architecture or an Audio Drama production, we first analyse your requirements to ensure we are the right fit for your vision.
2. Pricing Models
Depending on the scope of your project, we typically operate on two models:
Hourly Packages:
Ideal for specific tasks, ongoing maintenance, or iterative development. We offer tiered rates for Audio ($35/hr), Web ($45/hr), and Full Production ($60/hr).
Project-Based Quotes:
For comprehensive projects (e.g., a full website build or a complete audio series), we provide a fixed-price proposal detailing all deliverables.
3. Billing & Payment Structure
To secure your slot in our production schedule, we operate on the following structure:
Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.
Milestones:
For larger projects, remaining payments may be split across key delivery milestones.
Final Settlement:
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final handover of assets or server migration.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. All invoices are generated digitally for your records.
