Who owns the code, audio files, and creative assets upon completion?

At Omar Noaman Studios, we believe that if you pay for it, you should own it. We offer full transparency regarding the rights to your digital assets.
1. Transfer of Copyright
Upon the settlement of the final invoice, full copyright and intellectual property rights for all custom code, designs, and audio recordings are automatically transferred to the client.
2. What You Receive
You receive full access to the source code, database, and server credentials. We do not lock clients into proprietary systems.
Audio Productions:
You receive the master files (WAV/MP3) and, where agreed, the individual stems or project sessions.
3. Studio Rights
We retain a non-exclusive right to display the completed work in our studio portfolio and case studies to showcase our craftsmanship, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prior to the project's commencement.
4. Third-Party Licenses
Please note that stock assets (images, fonts, or sound effects) licensed from third parties remain subject to their original licensing agreements.
